About Us
Building and Land Guarantees Ltd was formed by three Directors with extensive experience across the specialised areas of latent defects and environmental insurance.
The company focuses entirely on these two areas, enabling us to provide independent expert advice. Based centrally at Desford Hall in Leicestershire, we work with clients and brokers throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
