Building and Land Guarantees Ltd are proud sponsors of the Cosby Cats Under 12 Girls football team for the 2011/12 season. The girls team is part of a thriving club in Leicestershire where the girls team was formed in March 2010. From a standing start the team now operates 2 sides and has over 25 girls registered at under 12 level. This is the first sponsorship undertaken by Building and Land Guarantees but we are hopeful that the growth of our business will be matched by the success of the girls team! 
Building and Land Guarantees worked closely with the developer of this project on a number of previous developments. As a result we were able to guide the developer on the anticipated cost and assist through the negotiations with a multi national internet business.
